A Bit About Me
Normalising the fitness industry
I LOVE showing women what their body can DO; not what it should 'look' like. I myself have been overweight and underweight, falling into the trap of fad diets & truly believing 'what I saw on Instagram.' I strive to educate women on focusing on their mental health towards themselves, their lives and their bodies. I have been in the fitness industry - and a qualified Personal & group Trainer for over 4 years. I have worked out of Anytime Fitness - held group training up to 40 people outdoor bootcamp style & now own a personal home studio in Adelaides Northern Suburbs.
Personal Training | Group training | Online Programs
Located at my home studio gym in Andrews Farm 5114.
I offer 1:1 training as well as 2:1 and 3:1 sessions. Our personal sessions is where we LEARN. If you are a member of a gym yourself, I offer in app programs in addition to your 1:1 to further improve your skills & getting confident in the gym.
In the recent months I became a certified Pregnancy and post partum trainer; in addition my group class' CAN be modified accordingly to suit.

I currently run 3 online programs including;
- 10 Week Gym Beginner (Perfect for those just navigating their way around going to the gym - this provides structure and offers detailed help as you go)

- 8 Week Strong & Confident (this program is for those who have a good understanding of a gym and exercise but perhaps lack structure OR have 'lost the spark' of training)
​
- 6 week Home Grown program (is completely home based minimal equipment required but can be tailored if you do).
All programs are from $25 per week;

Qualifications & Experience
I have now been in the fitness industry for 4 years since I completed my Cert 3 & 4 in Personal & Group Training in 2018, where I began my Fitpano Training Business out of Anytime Fitness. Working here and running my own group sessions ignited my passion for group training which lead me to working in an F45 club for 6 months to gain more group training knowledge. I hired my own coach in 2021 and found a passion for powerlifting.  I have since leaned more towards Female specific training & have become a certified Pre/Postnatal coach in functional fitness.

Studio Personal Training
1:1 Training 45minute session $60
2:1 Training 45-60minute session $50 each
3:1 Training 60minute session $40 each

A commercial gym based program via app access to workouts & daily goals. This program includes learning the fundamental's of weight training.
